I came in with an old Sony Minidisc/CD recorder and Arturo rose to the challenge. He jumped in fearlessly and fixed the failing cd player! A true master of his craft! I couldn’t recommend him more!

Edgar is courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the issue with my broken mobile phone, was patient with my limited technical knowledge, and made sure I filed an insurance claim so the price was right, as well. In and out in 2 hours with quality work and great customer care.

Phone was frozen. Samsung sent us to them under contract. They had to determine if they could fix it via my Google account, otherwise it wasn't covered and I would have to pay. Tim, who has a great speakers voice, got it fixed in less than 30 minutes. They would have received 5 stars, if you guys cleaned the floor and the front door, cause your store is dirty.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I dropped off my cracked phone and within 2 hours it was ready with a brand new screen and they added a screen protector. Thank you, Edgar, Arturo, and Andy! Definitely recommend the Palm Desert location.
