Lenity Tech is by far the best IT support I've worked with. They are very punctual and have been a tremendous support for small business startup troubleshooting and solving issues. I have been working with them since 2016 and have not had any complaints. I strongly recommend Joel and his team.

Lenity has been great to deal with. They've handled everything from the conversion of Analog to IP phones, business center security/management, and many other requested IT issues. I am very happy with the service we've been getting and would recommend Lenity to anyone in need of IT help. One note: this firm is very up to date on what is current in today's quickly moving IT industry. There are a lot of old school IT firms out there – make sure to go with someone like Lenity so you're not kicking yourself for installing been there done that technology.
