Fantastic services! When I first called to inquire, I spoke with Sam the owner. He was very inquisitive towards the issues I was having with my laptop. Seemed he wasn’t just out for a quick cash grab, but genuinely was concerned taking time to speak with me. I made an appointment to drop off my equipment for diagnostics to be completed Friday. It was dropped off this morning 8/8, and within the hour Sam was in constant communication with me keeping me updated, and letting me know what was going on. A little after 1 pm, he let me know he was able to fix the issues and that I could pick it up when I was ready. Great price & wonderful customer service, I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of technical repairs for their works or business equipment. Thank you again.
Sam saved my life with a fast and perfect computer fix! I was moving out of LA and needed to fix my computer ASAP. 1) He is very easy to talk to. He understood the problem and diagnosed the issue at once. 2) He helped me get warranty to fix my 2 components that were malfunctioning. He was very clear about the diagnosis that I had to send to the companies and always replied in a timely manner. 3) Even though I wasn’t out of the country, he was always available and willing to come to my house in LA and talk to me remotely. Which probably made his work more difficult and I’m super grateful for his patience. 4) Last and most important: he fixed the computer, nothing got damaged in the process. Perfect job. Thank you Sam!
Sam fixed a broken trackpad on my laptop! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issue. He spoke with me over the phone about the problem and did a free diagnostic on the computer, and also sent me the exact link to the part I needed to order.
