Henri was the tech who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and definitely knew his way around a Windows 10 computer. I requested technical support because I had a sluggish computer that had a virus. It was cleaned and I managed to infect my computer again through a Thumb Drive that was infected. Through Henri I learned that newer antivirus software was designed differently than older more capable antivirus software. So removing the virus from my thumb drive was not an option. Henri stuck with looking for the virus until every file on. My computer had been scanned. No virus found. So the session was terminated . I thoroughly enjoyed the more than 60 minutes of training and help. A great experience.
IOLO System Mechanic Do not waste your time or money. If you call for help you will be lucky if you get any. What is assured is that you will have to listen to a high-pressure sales pitch for a product that you likely do not need. Yesterday I called to have a printer put online. It never happened. Instead, I had to listen to a pitch for identity theft protection. I told the agent that I already had it from two other vendors. It did not matter; the pitch went on and on until I finally disconnected. My printer got no help. Save your money!
