They ALWAYS get it right at this store. I use the print department for larger formats from time to time (18×24" posters, for example). The cost is fair and the print quality is perfect. And almost always finished and waiting FAR earlier than expected. At the risk of sounding like a corporate drone, "That was easy!"

Our Staples is very well managed. The store is clean. Staff is helpful and the checkout folks are just so-o-o nice. The points program helps me save money. I love it!

Shopping at this Staples f or years, the service and selections has been admirable. Recently the management has changed, it seems. The cashier I dealt with this time "out to lunch!" If hired she should be assigned to the back room stocking products, not dealing with the public.
