I took my laptop in for repair. I had never used DA Computers, so I had no preconceived ideas on how well they provided services (except for great online reviews). I am glad I used their services, and have to say all staff (Daniel was my main contact) were exceptionally nice, as well as very knowledgeable. I highly recommend DA Computers for any type repair you might need.
My laptop wouldn’t boot up so I took it to DA Computers. I chose DA because of good reviews and I know they’ve been there for many years. Diagnosis showed the internal fan had failed and the motherboard and other stuff inside were “cooked.†I’m not an expert with this stuff and Dan clearly explained all my options, including pricing. I chose a new computer and I appreciate that Dan spent as much time as I needed to fully understand the process of the data transfer. He also helped with some software issues I had on the old laptop. This education was way, way, above what I would expect from a “big box†store, and I left with my new laptop ready to use. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I’m fully confident that if I have any further issues, hardware or software, that I’ll be taken care of in the same professional, friendly manner. I highly recommend DA Computers.
I have the privilege of using DA Computers for a long time. The Service is always 100%- the personality of the personnel is beyond that 100%. Thus when you get your needs met, one shouldn't complain about the cost (it' always more than I anticipated) It's difficult for this 80 year old woman to accept today's rising costs while living on Social Security. I would Never think of trusting my best friend (Dell Laptop) to any other Computer Company and I've tried them all in my area! Hugs and Happy Computing!

They fully communicated to me the cause of my computer’s issues and how they fixed it, and gave me a reasonable price for it all.
