Rich and Makai are professional and know their business. Work was done timely and reasonably priced. Very pleased with refurbishing of my computer as well as the set up when delivered.

They came out to the house, gave a tentative diagnosis of the problem and had to take my tower computer to the shop. The initial diagnosis was correct, they fixed it and also fixed an external problem with the computer (the outside boot button) that had been bad for years after someone in different city had done a bad job trying to fix the button and was a total pain every time I had to shut down and reboot. Atek brought back my computer that same day and the charge was reasonable. I would use them again for sure.

On Tuesday I had an emergency , My local Business, Safer Insurance Agency, Server died and I could Not access any of my data, I tried fixing it myself since I have some knowledge but was Not successful. I called around and talked to 4 to 5 shops, some Did not answer, some asked me to bring in my equipment and drop it off and they would take from 2 to 5 business days to diagnose and then try to fix. Given my emergency, I was looking for someone to jump right on and fix my problem, when I called ATEK Computers Alex answered the phone and referred me to his Boss RICH Garcia, when I got there he jumped right on and tried replacing the Power Supply I thought was bad and after trying a few parts, my computer was not turning on and l asked to see if he had another computer that would work with my Gard Drive and he did, replaced my HD into his PC and after a couple of hours I was back in my office and I could start working again. Not many techs understood my situation but Rich did. Honest, Fast & Reliable… He only charged me $347.35 not even the cost of a New Computer.
