Julian, the technician who came to install the equipment was friendly and very efficient in his installation. He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable in the systems' ranges and capabilities. It was a very windy day which does affect signal and he ensured that the antenna received the optimum signal. Very pleased. Thank you Julian.
The Pacific Lightwave team was very helpful and responsive. They were quick to come to my location to assess my antenna location and signal strength. From there, they quickly mobilize their installation team and Julian was able to quickly install and get my Internet connection up and running without a hitch. Julian was very helpful, friendly and quick to take care of the installation. I would highly recommend the Pacific Lightwave team for those who need affordable Internet access in the high desert area.
Pacific Lightwave has been fast and reliable something we thought we would never see. Spectrum wanted $8000 to connect our house to the box at the street! Really!!!! We tried Frontier and once again they disappointed us at every turn. Starlink was $$$$, so for 2 years now we have been using pacific Lightwave at our home in Yucca Valley and hands down they are the most reliable internet company I’ve ever used. Excellent support as well. We now have their service at two of our rentals too. A+ 10/10 Thank you Pacific Lightwave!!!!!
I've had their services for a few years now and I have no complaints. They are quick to respond to any outage (I've only had 1, during the "hurricane") and the technicians are professional and polite.
The internet itself is good, and the tech service is good as well, but the sales side is horrible. It took us almost a month to get the services. We are now renting at a different location and have been trying to cancel for literally months. They are charging us for services after we asked to cancel. We have sent emails. We have called. Finally, my husband left a one star review. They finally called back and left a voicemail saying they wouldn’t charge us again. There was just another charge to our card. It shouldn’t be this hard to add or remove a service. It shouldn’t take two people from the same household leaving bad reviews to get a company to respond.
