After weeks of my futile efforts to resolve some very confusing and frustrating issues with Microsoft Windows accounts and logons—including spending many hours on the phone with multiple Microsoft service technicians—I called Desert Computer Agents. Within 24 hours, Josh was at my house and ready and eager to help. An hour later, my problems were resolved and my computer is functioning problem free. I’m a very happy customer! Thanks guys!!

I'm a developer and I have a client who runs a CPA firm whom entrusted me with the job of getting his device repaired and his information retrieved from his computer. I told my client I would do research and find a Repair shop that would get this done for us. He runs a big firm and having his computers online and his data is vital. I had organized everything in such a way where my customer who was leaving in the next two days could go ahead and get his data back. I delayed a bit too much but I was banking on Desert Computer Agents, especially since they close every single day at 8 PM and Open at 8 AM. I figured they work around the clock and are hard workers because they open up so early and got good reviews. I had his computer, and it was my sole responsibility to get his computer repaired and checked out. I did research a few days prior and selected Desert Computer Agents to fix this computer. When I arrived at their store front I couldn't find any place called Desert Computer Agents. There was no signage outside or any type of banners or flyers, for that matter. It was a place called Mail Bag. I went to the side, and it was a place called Guadalajara Restauraunt, a place for food. I was confused. I was lost and confused. To the right side of Mail Bag business, there was a gas station. I was super confused. So, I called the phone number displayed on Google Maps ( thank god it was a real number ). Someone answered the phone and told me that they were a "PMB" private mail box. I guess you have to drop off your computers/laptops/phones inside of a mailbox? I have no idea what the hell that meant. Anyway's, they directed me towards some place called Geek Squad or Palm Geeks or something. I was advised they were closed during the weekends. It sounded like they were not going to get to me until Monday or Tuesday. The information on Google Maps was incorrect, and they displayed an erroneous business. Google cost me money. I never had this experience before, and this is the first time. I will be reporting this business for an incorrect address and following up with Google to get it removed. The owner of this business needs to display a Service Area or a Home Address where he conducts business from. Not have a fake address set up at a Mail Box place. This is ridiculous! P.S. I will be updating tomorrow with videos of the location and a walk through.

My computer froze and would not turn back on correctly after driving a video driver update. Paul was able to repair my computer very quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend giving him a call for any computer repairs.

I called to see if they could take a look at my laptop. They asked a lot of questions and then explained that what seemed to be the issue was not something they do. However, they asked me for the model number and looked it up and made suggestions to try to see if they would help. They also recommended a couple of local businesses they thought would be able to help me. They went above and beyond!
