We had a great experience working with Western Computer. Our previous system was an overly customized installation of NAV 5, and after a false start with another vendor, we had nearly given up on the idea of "upgrading." Western called their approach a "Fresh Start Upgrade." It involved removing our customizations and bringing forward only core system data. This allowed us to retain nearly all of our data while giving us an opportunity to evaluate which customizations we could let go ofâ€â€and which ones we needed to bring forward into Business Central.
