DO NOT work with Thinktek or their owner William Van Deusen. He said he could support our company and LIED. He has zero employees and tried to do all the work himself all while saying he has multiple engineers on payroll and anytime you ask him to do anything he comes up with excuses and the work is never completed. Our contract said we were receiving backups and we got ransomeware but we thought that's ok, we have backups through our IT company since thats what we were paying for! We called William Van Deusen and asked that everything be restored and he said no problem he be right there and hours went by and he stopped answering the phone. We finally got him on the phone days later after calling non stop while we can't even work and he said he was coming to the office to do the restore and never showed up. We we're left holding the bag and calling him non stop and he finally answers and starts screaming at our office administrator and cursing up a storm and told us he didn't have time for us and to deal with our problems ourselves that he didn't promise us anything. I wished this was a story. PLEASE if your looking for IT for your company DO NOT use Thinktek or William Van Deusen.
This business is excellent! They have great customer service and were able to quickly come in, evaluate the issues we were having with our network, and come up with solutions that both worked with our budget and were able to be quickly implemented. We would highly reccomend to anyone looking for Managed IT Services in Orange County
