He not only fixed the issues, but also downloaded my drivers for me and had it set up in perfect condition, including wire management. As great as what he is at his job, he’s an even better guy. He absolutely refused a tip. Don, if you’re seeing this, you’re the best!
What can I say, Don is a class act through and through. Honest, hardworking, knowledgable and more than reasonable. He spent over an hour on the phone with me outlining how I should redo my network including following up with links to items I could purchase on my own if I wanted or that he would be happy to provide if I preferred. The price he charged me did not include any of this extra work. The result from his excellent on site work, planning and direction is that I went form a practically unusable network to one that is fantastic for an incredibly reasonable price. Did I mention he is also a great guy to talk to and even spent his free time educating me on site? To state the obvious, I highly recommend Don and his company Advantage Computers & Networks!
