I brought my computer in since it wouldn't even boot up. Sean was able to repair my computer, and I appreciated the polite communication regarding the repair. He was very kind even when I asked a dumb question (I forgot that my PC had a video card that required the monitor to be connected at a different port). I was very happy with his service and pricing. Sean was very friendly. He and the team went above and beyond to fix my laptop before I left for a trip, even meeting me on a Sunday. I had a few questions afterwards and he called me on FaceTime to make sure I that was handling them correctly. I would highly recommend!
Do not take your business here. He is never actually at his office. I have been trying to pick up my laptop for 2 months and he is gone each time. He initially quoted me $700 to replace a battery and screen and when I refused he immediately dropped the price to $300 and admitted I probably dont need the screen replaced. He is a scammer. Now that I have asked for the laptop back he "cant find it". Take your business to someone honest.
I brought in my laptop after the hinges broke. I was dealt with very fast and kind after dropping off my laptop. I was given an estimate first for parts and repairs and got my laptop back at a reasonable price within 2 days. They also give you a 3 month warranty. I would recommend this place to a friend for any computer problems.
