I.ve been a client of Get IT Right Solutions for over two years now. Let me start by acknowledging that I am personally very IT savvy, thought I'm an eye surgeon specializing in vision correction care. I'm very detail-oriented, process-aware, and kind of a fanatic when it comes to maintaining a robust IT ecosystem (LAN, website, mail service, texting, everyting related). Long story short, Tristan and his team at GetITRight have been phenomenal vendors since I started talking with them. They helped design and architect a new office-based data center with dual-bandwidth Internet circuits, networking hardware, hardware firewall, antivirus software, etc.) supporting a Windows server with 4 VMs and ~16 local Windows workstations. Every client is different and our needs are specialized since we have sophisticated imaging technology that is networked. Tristan and his team have continued to do a fabulous job installing, servicing, updating and maintaining all hardware/software/firmware and peripherals. I shopp[ed more than a handful of IT vendors before selecting GetITRight. Their bid was not the lowest but IMO in any service-based business you end up getting what you pay for, and I've been very pleased. I would recommend them very enthusiastically! Obviously, the fit between client and IT vendor is always unique, different for each client and each IT ecosystem. But at least give these guys a chance and I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised.
I've been working with Get IT Right for about a year and they've helped me with quite a few different computer/network/security/backup issues at this point. We have on and off site employees and run in a windows server environment. Most recently, the PC at my desk wouldn't go past the bios. Within a couple hours Krin was at my desk fixing the problem. These guys have been a blessing. If you have a small business and you are tired of being your own IT guy, definitely call them.
