They charged my account without any notice or explanation to me. I called their phone number but phone disconnects me and I can't even leave a message. I left message on their robo chat twice, but it keeps saying that no one is available to respond to my message. Terrible experience. I'll be disputing the charge with my bank. When will someone shut down this Scam?
Don't come near!!! They renewed my subscription even though I canceled it. They took the money and there's no one to talk to. It seems the only way is to cancel the credit card.
Buyer beware! I can't speak to how good the repair system is, as it was purchased for my son. I can warn you about automatic renewal and the ordeal it is to cancel it and get money back. My subscription was renewed automatically on Nov 17, 2023. According to the company policy, customers have 30 days to cancel automatically renewed subscription and they are promised a full refund. I contacted customer service on Dec 3 with request to cancel. I was assured I can expect refund in 5 to 10 days. On Dec 7 promised refund came though, and all would be fine, except my CC records show that i was billed for the cancelled service on Dec 5! I contacted them again, received assurance that another refund would be processed, and here I am, a week later – my bank says no refund has come through. Bottome line: I don't care how good this product may be, because if they make you jump through hoops to get your money back, it is not worth it the trouble.
Advanced System Repair Software – had it on my system but removed as suspicious on its operations. Since then I keeping getting debited by amount of USD 29.95 – regularly for support services which I never asked for but they keep charging. I contacted them and I was told that the charge will be cancelled but they are still charging and you can't stop it. Had to change my credit card to stop the payments. Do not buy their software, its truely an untrustworthy company.
Untrustworthy. As others, i got my money stolen. Asked for refund with their customer service twice. They said it would be handled but today i got another charge so i have to block them and report them to my bank. Stay away from these scammers!
