Upset about 3430 Highland Avenue Office Depot, called and look in the internet for the hours and nearest location. Wasted time and gasoline to drive all the way to National City Highla d Avenue to use the copier machine at Office Depot, even made a phobe call and the hours are completely wrong. The store closes at 8pm!!! Not 9pm!!!! This manegement and place are totally out of date on everything. They close early when the answering machine says 9pm, it says it provides certain services when is not true. They need to update their system every change of seasons. It is upsetting to waste time to go to a plce that when many customers get there is close and find out that way. It is a joke for anyone. UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM EVERYWHERE. IF THE STORE IS CLOSING EARLIER THAN WHAT THE ANSWERING MACHINES SAYS, THAN UPDATE, IT IS UPSETTING MANY CUSTOMERS. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE GIVEN A ZERO FOR WRONGLY INFORM CUSTOMERS ABOUT GOOD SERVICE AND WRONG HOURS. Update those hours
Ive been waiting now for 40 minutes to print something so that I can go to work. I've sent the email 4 times now and the workers behind the counter (3-4pm Sunday) are not very much help. I told them I've sent it multiple times and they just keep helping new customers instead of trying to figure out what the issue is. They are just watching me sit here. I won't be back gentleman. There's a place not too far from here. I hope they have better service. Thanks. Revision: After reading the reviews I should have e chosen somewhere else to begin with and also I can see why the service is so poor. The bad reviews aren't taken seriously and no doubt there will be an automated response about "how sorry they are to here what happened" whilst doing nothing to improve customer relations. Keep it up. There will be nothing to review.
Had the wrong office depot closing hours, I drove a long way expecting this place to be open till 9, and noticed other people who had arrived expected that too. They close at 8 monday through friday, saturday and sunday hours are true. It would be cool of they would put the correct hours, save people time.
Showed up to print some papers and they are “closedâ€Â. Google and the door says they close at 8pm. It was 7pm when I showed up. I just read a review left by another customer a month ago about the store not having the accurate times up.
Maya is great at customer service. She called me immediately after she found out the printing materials I needed were not available in her store, but she reached out to several stores to find one that would be available for pick up on the same day. I had thank her because it’s hard to find customer service.
