My Windows 7 Dell Desktop crashed and would not restart–it uttered 4 short beeps. I spent an hour on YouTube watching videos on how to fix this and disassembled the computer to learn what type of motherboard I had–all in vain. I searched for a computer repair shop nearby and found Wahed a few blocks away from me. I called, he answered, and told me that he does not work on PCs. Nor could he recommend anyone, but he asked what the problem was, said it sounded like a memory (RAM) problem and suggesting removing and resetting the memory cards and suggested a detailed sequence to follow that would also trouble shoot a defective memory card. It worked like a charm–no bad RAM cards–because over time the clips that hold the memory card in place and preserve the electrical contacts work loose. So he doesn't work on PCs but got this one right over the phone! That's a guy who knows his business. And was a very decent person.

I always get immediate attention from the tech, and they go above and beyond to find solutions to my problems. They are also on top of all the latest technology, which seems to be changing at an every more rapid pace. I highly recommend Wahed and his team!
