I partnered with Top Tier Technology MSP when I first opened up my cake decorating business and I'm so glad I did. Not only did they install my cameras, set up my point-of-sale system, payment collection system, and educate me about compliances for taking payments. They installed and set up all of my security cameras, network equipment, computers, set me up with virus protection, set up our phone system, manage our company cell phones, and set up company server too. The company built my entire website, set up a way for customers to place orders online, to book times and dates for pick-up, and even pay their balances. They also set me up with a complete backup system so just in case my computers or whatever crashes, gets some type of virus, or just fail, they can restore it quickly. They monitor my technology 24/7 for any issues and have alerted me for potential problems before they even had a chance to become an issue. I have definitely already been recommending them to anyone I know with a business. I will keep on recommending them to everyone I know that needs I.T support, managed I.T services, and cybersecurity. The owner Matt is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. They all definitely know their stuff and really are Top Tier in their field. Thanks to them I never have any issues with any of my computers or any of my systems in general. After installing and setting everything up they took the time to teach me how to use everything and made it super easy for me to make invoices and collect payments.
