I’m happy to take a moment to highly recommend Roger at R-Tech Computers for his exceptional IT support and customer service. Our company has been working with R-Tech Computers for over a decade. Throughout that time, Roger has consistently demonstrated expertise, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping his clients. Most recently, I had an issue with my scanner after a Microsoft Windows update. Rather than asking me to bring everything in, Roger remotely connected to my system and quickly got to work. He saved me hours by remotely troubleshooting and pinpointing the problem, which turned out to be a glitch Microsoft was already working on fixing. What stands out about Roger is his patience and willingness to go the extra mile. He took the time to explain what was going on, and I appreciated his transparency. Additionally, Roger’s honesty is something I genuinely admire—if he can’t resolve an issue, he won't take your money, which speaks to his integrity and customer-first approach. If you're looking for an IT professional who is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about his clients, Roger is the one to call. His skills and dedication make him an invaluable asset, and I couldn’t recommend him more.

I bought a "refurbished" laptop off amazon and received one with a failing hard drive. It failed before the return window had even closed, but I didn't feel like going through all the trouble of returning it and then having to look for another one. I bought a replacement hard drive myself but I don't have the time to sit and learn how to take this thing apart properly, so I looked up computer repair places in the area and came across R Tech. They were friendly and polite when I walked in, gave me an accurate quote, and had it done overnight, along with reinstalling the OS and letting it go through all the required updates. (I came in about an hour before they closed). They even spelled my name right, which impressed me because everyone always gets it wrong. My dinky little laptop now runs WAY faster than before and is no longer overheating while just idly running, so either the faulty hard drive was REALLY weighing it down or they did some extra cleaning while they were in there! (maybe a bit of both?) Front street is metered parking, but there is a back lot down the alley where it's free. At the time I went (Spring 2024) it's got to be the cleanest, most well paved alley I've seen in this area.

Roger and his team are amazing! They have been helping my mom and dads business for a very long time. They set up all the office computers and are always a phone call away whether it be setting up software, getting people signed in, or when anything goes wrong. They fixed my brother's gaming pc and today fixed my desktop in a little under 5 minutes because the fan was broken. I thought they would have to order the parts and I wouldn't have it for a week but they had them on hand. We go to them for all our computer needs. Very knowledgeable and approachable group of guys!

Really should be 7 stars. I first purchased here in about 1988. About $6,000 for 386 computer w 2MB, laser printer and 24in monitor. In the nearly 40 years since, I have always been 110% satisfied! I send my friends and associates here. None have ever had anything but 100% satisfaction. No longer live in Los Angeles, but still shop ONLY here to be sure of being 110% satisfied.
