Our entire home network was down and the house smelled of smoke. We contacted Soroush, expecting to arrange an appointment for the following Monday as the problem occurred Friday afternoon. Soroush instantly replied, came over within 2 hours, identified the electrical problem and got the network working. He even researched the electrical part that caused the problem and offered to get an electrician to repair the pump that was causing the problem. I’ve never had better customer service. he is the best!

WOW what a service, — thank you guys for taking my call in such early hour, I am so relieved, you guys really made my day. I just have to tell everyone about this, they got all sorts of tools in their computer lab, I had never seen this many tools and equipment, I think one of their techs answered the call so early in the morning, they came and met me on on a THANKS GIVING day, unbelievable, I couldn't even find any IT or computer store open let alone getting someone answering the phone and helping me. The fellow who helped me just pressed a few buttons and looked at my 4 thousand dollars MSI laptop and then explained the problem when I was thinking the issue was something completely different. I think his name was Soroush, he explained the error and slowness and the noise, just couldn't believe it how easy to understand he made it for me. He took out the little piece of plastic VOILA, it is working again. He also gave me recommendations for future work and improvements and gave me options and cost of each and and just so polite and friendly fellow. Thank you so much for such great job! Highly recommend & would go back if needed again. I walked in and Hector immediately did an initial assessment on my laptop and was able to determine the hard drive was fine but there was some other issue. I left my laptop with him and he figured out and fixed the issue within an hour. Super nice and great service.
