This company will hold your business ransom like the ransomware they are supposed to shield you from. Stay away. As a client for nearly 3 years, our experience with OSH IT started well with Cesar. We spent many thousands of dollars with them. He was on the spot and really pretty good overall. They did two installs for us, and despite some of their work looking less than professional we were pretty satisfied. (See pics) Then later on, we needed help with services at a new location. Cesar was now fairly u willing to help, would not speak with the local ISP despite us not knowing what to do. In the end, we ended up having to hire another company to help us with our challenges at the new location. It felt as if we were outside of the norm to even ask for help with another location despite planning the expansion well in advance (even before working with OSH). The relationship was strained by this experience. Fast forward a year or so with no major issues. Our company was hit with an unexpected contract cancellation. As a result 70% of our staff was laid off. A sad situation but unfortunately necessary. A credit card was cancelled during the layoff (belonged to one of the laid off employees) and the OSH bill fell behind. I received one email from the company on Dec 1. A week later I spoke to them about options of contract cancellation due to the unexpected downsize. I was willing to make a deal. I was dealt with angrily by Cesar. A week later we needed help with an admin password. Cesar said the company would not help us in any way unless the entire balance of our contract was paid immediately. (16 months of payments) of course we can’t pay all that at once. So we are held ransom by the company that was supposed to protect us. Very disappointing. Cesar’s solution was that we should “wipe all the hard drives†instead of him looking up a password that would have taken him a few moments. Edit: They hide behind the following clause in their agreement which pertains to even a single late payment: “OSH IT may determine whether or not to reinstate any Services upon receipt of payment.†Scary stuff.
Vince & his team are clearly the best. They definitely have the knowledge but what separates them is their attention to detail, how they take their time in explaining the options, what they recommend and why. In the technology world we're living it, there is no other I would trust.
