I needed an HP LaserJet printer repair; called multiple companies, got prices for their service call and parts. Sandy at Neocomp was the most helpful and honest; Neocomp's fees were less than half of what all the other companies were quoting; the technician was excellent, fixing the problem within minutes. Thank you both for your exceptional service.
Horrible company. We hired them to manage our IT for our company and they were the worst people to work with. They immediately removed all our own access from the domain and claimed it was their policy. They shared a single domain admin account in 2022!! All our IT people lost their admin access and did not get it restored until we fired them. We constantly got harassed by their team nonstop. The manager in charge would yell at us all the time. He has some mental issues. He also would harass our female employees. They would ignore all our suggestions and ideas to improve the network. Neocomp took over our accounts without permission by resetting our passwords and moving our devices from our accounts to accounts they controlled. They took over our Office 365 billing and double billed us for 1.5 years since they have no experience in Office 365. Neocomp would nickel and dime us for everything that should have been under the standard contract. They purposely never communicated over email so we couldn't catch them in a lie. They would continually make phone calls to our users after multiple attempts to notify them to use email. Neocomp constantly lied about issues, and we caught them multiple times in their lie from evidence from our users. When we finally fired them they tried to extort us over our tickets and equipment. Neocomp made our life a living hell. DO NOT WORK WITH NEOCOMP! CustomerNOservice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have used this company for many years for all of my network/computer/printer repair needs. They are professional, helpful and you can't beat their prices. Highly recommend this great company!
