We have been working with My Remote Tech for quite some time, around 5 years. They are responsible for IT consulting and support for our 3 companies which all located in Los Angeles but different locations. I recently had some issues with our Mac systems in our office which apparently was difficult to resolve! The reason I'm saying is because we had two different Mac consultants trying to fix our issues and unfortunately they both failed to fix the problems.
