Machina IT has helped in multiple facets of our organization, from Network and Server Support to Business analytics and ERP project management. Most recently, 9/6/2021 we had a disaster happen when preforming a hardware upgrade on one of our servers. The RAID config was wiped out on one of our VMWare host which rendered our VM Servers inaccessible. The servers that were inaccessible consisted of some of our main production servers (ERP, Domain Controller, File Server, etc.). The tech was deployed at the drop of a hat once phone support was not doing the trick. The onsite technician assessed the situation and provided a Path to recovery. Today I am reaping the benefits to be partnered with a company like MachinaIT since I have now recovered my main servers and operations are continuing as normal.
