My tech was fantastic. We had great small talk while my computer was being worked on. My computer is my life, it has my links and passwords and was set up just like I wanted it. And then for it to just die, it was devastating and reduced my productivity. But the team got me going and pretty much stopped me from panicking. My old laptop died and had to get a new one. The Frontline staff was very responsive. The transition to the new laptop was smooth and fast.
