Jeremiah at Apogee was truly a great experience! They have been the best place in Long Beach I've taken my PC to. My 5 year old custom built PC crashed. I took it to a few different places and they couldn't quite figure out the issue with it and charged insane prices to repair my PC. I then tried to replace the parts myself since it would've been cheaper but being a college student at CSULB, I just didn't have the time to repair it. So, I took it over to Apogee and Jeremiah was so kind and thorough. Fully taking the time to diagnose the problem and didn't take shortcuts. Incredibly patient but very quick once we had all the parts we needed. Organized my wires, my system, and optimized my PC to its peak! He gave me a student discount too and it was incredible! I am so thankful as he saved all of my files and my PC (he saved my sanity too). I would reccommend his services to anyone.

Local computer builder here. While building a computer for a friend I ran into some issues with booting and didn’t have a compatible test bench to rule out the components individually… brought it in and Jeremiah and his team were fast, efficient, and let me watch as they diagnosed a Dead on Arrival Power Supply issue in no time. They sold me a working power supply at fair market value and I was on my way. My issue started with my computer fan not working and computer shutting off. I needed a place to fix my computer and found this company online. The owner and workers presented great customer service and provided exact detail on my fan issue. They explained that the fan had dust build up because the air circulation was being cut off. Furthermore, they explained this can lead to dust build up and the computer not working. From there they cleaned my fan thoroughly, and now my computer is working at top speed. They even gave me tips on how to prevent dust build up and keeping circulation coming through my computer. I am highly satisfied with their work.

I had an amazing experience with Apogee Computer Technologies! I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was a lifesaver. Jeremiah and his team are currently working out of his home office while they transition to a new store location, but that didn’t stop them from delivering top-notch service. Other places quoted me $200+ and said it would take about four days to repair my laptop. Jeremiah fixed the issue in under 30 minutes—and for a fraction of the cost! He was kind, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me over the phone, which I really appreciated. I’m actually using the laptop he fixed to write this review right now. I’m beyond thankful for the excellent customer service and fast turnaround. Bonus points: he also has an adorable dog named Tiki who is the cutest! When it’s time to purchase a new computer, I’ll definitely be checking out what they have available. Highly recommended!

I came to Jeremiah with boxes full of new parts so he could build me my very first modded computer. We went with an Intel 12th Gen i9-12900k 16Cores, 24 Threads, it sure beats the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core, 24-Threads, after we compared them. After returning the CPU and some other stuff we saved about $350. Overall we made a beautiful blazing fast hell of a beast!!!!
