I spent two days with Ramon who walked me through every step of the process. As someone who had never changed a keg before, I walked away feeling knowledgable and confident in operating the system. On the back end, the 24/7 technical support is a life saver. They are never more than a phone call or an email away. As a small business owner that type of access to support is priceless. These guys are top notch. The tech and process make bar operations easy for everyone, allow for better margins, less waste, and smaller payroll. All hours assistance via phone has come in clutch, and everyone from the CEO to tech support is polite and helpful. Shoutout to their preferred install team at GS Draft as well, great group of people there too. It may be more expensive than a traditional draught system, but you get what you pay for.
IpourIt has been a huge selling feature to our brewery's experience. Occasionally we get guests that are hesitant about the system, but once our team walks them through using the tablets nearly everyone thinks it is a cool experience. The novelty of pouring your own beer, and to not needing to wait to get a servers attention is huge for our guests. On the support side IpourIt is always super quick to respond to our needs, so any issues that come up are quickly resolved.
We’ve been using iPourit for last 2.5 yrs at Hoppy House Taproom & Hangout Place and their service and system has been nothing but awesome. The support team is always available to help, quick in responding to voicemails or emails. The system has been reliable and user friendly. iPourIt has been a partner of ours since 2021, installing 6 tap walls across 5 different states. We're going into 2025 with several new restaurants planned, all using the iPourIt technology. They are a great team to work with, from planning to installation to ongoing customer service. They work directly with our Franchise Owners on all aspects of their tap walls and dive deep when needed to troubleshoot.
