Love this store! I have been coming here for years. At the La Quinta store, Edna is an amazing employee, and Staples is lucky to have her. She can handle any computer-related issue and is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products on the floor, as well as moving fast and efficiently to handle all manner of customer demands. Watch out that no other company steals her from you! 😉
The women like that is very friendly helpful and always is courtesy. The only thing is is they lack cashiers. But the young lady that assisted me was great she was very kind understanding and patient. Even though there was a lot of returns for UPS for other shipments to be returned. She was still there trying her best to keep her composure. I am very proud and happy that I was there at that store. And it's very clean very clean so I give you guys a five star. Thank you for helping me find what I need and being the best employee I've had so far
Talk about putting your customer first! I received absolutely world-class customer service from Joe and Andre in the printing department. They helped me with a very special project to print custom invite cards for my groomsmen. The whole process from placing the order online to delivery was seamless and they got it done ahead of schedule. Truly A+ customer experience I will always be coming back for future print needs.

I'm giving a 5 star for the service, Joe in printing was helping me set up a poster job for 2 pictures and was great to work with. When I picked them up, the pictures weren't what Joe and I had hoped for, the quality didn't transfer unfortunately for the project I was specifically working on, but that's okay! Andre who helped me for pick up that day was just as helpful and delivered on Joe's behalf the discount they offered to make it all right. I will be back, keep up the kind service! 🙂
