I needed something to be printed so I called and asked which email to send it to. When I got there, they had already printed it out for me! Saved me so much stress because, of course, I was running a little late to my appointment. Have been coming to them for years but just visited the new location. Nice and open, and big. Definitely recommend.

Front desk printed out 2 of my shipping labels when I wasn’t able to. All I had to do was forward my email with the shipping label on it. Thank you to this business for the special touch, I really appreciated this gesture because my printer ran out of ink. They really saved me a trip and a few bucks!

If you need anything off the rack, a pen or some packing tape, easy parking makes this a convenience. If you need anything that requires the staff to think (like shipping a package), stay away, far, far away. The people working in the store are simply not up to the task of running it.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. I can’t say enough about the gal that helped me. I forget her name, but she is the main person there. She went out of her way to help me. She was calling several different FedEx offices for me, even after I left. She took my phone number and said she would call me if she got my answer. I’ll definitely go back there. It’s nice to have a nice and professional company that actually cares about the customers these days.

My printer did not want to work and I had to get something in mail pronto! I called and asked if I could forward an email and could they print part of it… they did!! SO think of this wonderful place as a Second or Back Up printer…as always, the store person was so nice and real!! I'd give them more stars if you had them !!
