In contacting Next IT, they immediately responded right back to us, their response time was quick and this is something that we value greatly because our firm is completely remote and relies heavily on the internet, software, and our devices working to their full potential at all times. So anytime we have an issue, it needs to be fixed immediately because if it's not then, we are unable to have a productive work day in general. We were able to communicate to Next IT the problems we were experiencing and they jumped in quickly and efficiently to resolve our issues. They are very hands in when it comes to resolving the issues and take it as far as they can before trying to involve us in the picture if ever needed.
