Kyle was responsive and very helpful; after resolving the original issue, we encountered our help systems responding to each other in a loop, which kept creating new tickets in my help system. He addressed the issue on his end by (or maybe even before) I found a way to address the issue on my end. 26 tickets and 20 minutes later, we had resolved the infinite loop. If I hadn't been fortunate enough to find a solution on my end, it would have been massively worse if Kyle had not acted with urgency. And even after this was resolved, he followed up with me to make sure there were no more issues that hadn't been addressed. Excellent service!
