I spilled coffee on my desktop and fried the board. I was using my laptop, but needed some data off my drive. I saw this place when I was in the shopping center for something else and went in on a whim. I was on an appointment-only day, but he saw me, opened up the door, and asked if he could help. He sold me a drive docking bay for a reasonable price that worked perfectly and let me get what I needed off the drive. He was super friendly and helpful. I may end up replacing the desktop and will see him first for parts. It's nice having a local place where I can buy computer components instead of having to wait for online deliveries.

I came here on 2/24/2023 to get my screen replaced for my laptop. I was told by Troy that he had a screen on hand that could work with my laptop. I tried to call the following Monday to get a status update but if you call the provided number it sends you to a voicemail. I decided to show up myself to get a status update. I was essentially given the run around for the next two weeks every time I showed up to see the progress of the work. I was finally told at the end of the second week that the screen they had didn't work and they needed to order a new one. By the third week I had run out of patience and decided to just retrieve my laptop. Troy tells me he couldn't get the screen to work but he shows me that the laptop can still connect to HDMI, which I accepted because I needed my laptop back that day. So I paid him 80 dollars for "labor" and went on my way only to find out when I got home that Troy had removed a stick of RAM from my laptop rendering it inoperable. I was already suspicious of this place long before this happened but this all but confirmed my suspicions that something shady is going on here. When I went back to the store to retrieve my RAM, Troy told me that he tried to call me which was a lie. Here's the bottom line: in my opinion, you'd do better repairing your device yourself than coming here. It'd be cheaper and take less time.

These guys helped me out when I put together a new PC build but couldn't get it to post. They figured out I bought a poor quality power supply and replaced it, got everything up and running including installing windows, hooking up an extra SSD I didn't have a cable for, and also went through some painstaking troubleshooting for my new motherboard that had issues with seeing the nvme drives I had installed. Amazing service, and barely charged me for labor, the majority of my bill was for the new power supply. Now I just gotta send the old one back to Newegg to get my money back. Highly recommended! I will return in the future with any issues I encounter.

I took my daughter’s gaming laptop to this place on 2/28/24 and the guy said he could fix it so I asked how much he told me he’ll need $180 to order the part and so gave it to him then I asked how long will it be he said a week and I said ok a week goes by and I wanted to check on the status so I drove up there the following week as the phone wasn’t working and I get there to get a status update on the laptop he proceeds to tell me that the part had not come in but he would check so now I’m wondering if he even ordered the part so I ask is there a timeline as to when this will fixed he has no clue I say ok and leave now another week goes past we’re at today 03/15/24 and I am irritated so I go up there looking for answers I tell him why I’m there and he tells me again that the part has not come in and he would check on it I grow tired with his excuse so I got the computer back maybe he doesn’t fix gaming but he wanted the money idk.. beware when coming here

I had a gaming laptop that needed a battery change and had a wifi connection issue. These guys are very knowledgable and fixed it so incredibly fast now my laptop runs so smooth again. Definitely the most reliable and affordable place in town. Highly recommend.
