Absolute scam a boy doing business with these guys I was charged a dollar when I first signed up I noticed they charged me $38.89. I had to call my bank to Dispute the charge. I noticed today that I was charged again $38.89 again I called my bank to dispute the charge. I 100% know for a fact I canceled their subscription online. They proceeded to tell me I didn’t cancel. I had to record them on my iPhone and let them know they’re fully being recorded along with the claim has been filed against them. The sad part is they only wanted to give me $19.89. I said as a customer this is unacceptable. I asked you a month ago to cancel my service they denied I even called. It got to the point they had a With me, fully agreed to refund me along with Account after 40 minutes of arguing back-and-forth. The best part is they had me wait on the phone with my bank for So we can come into agreement give me $39.89 back. This place is an absolute It every comment you read is 100% accurate. I don’t care if the owner wants to write a comment back nor do I’m telling you as a human being Business is ridiculous. If a customer is telling you, they no Nor signed up for it stop making Excuses to cover your ass. Again, avoid this at all cost.
Usually I only stick to food reviews. But due the level of customer service this company provides, I felt obliged to leave them a 5 star review. Customer service was fast, supportive, and resolved my situation with ease. I would recommend them to anyone and I look forward to using their services again in the future.
Well make sure you cancel your subscription way before 7 days is up, I got to use mine 1 day got sick went to cancel this am which is the 7th day, I thought at 7 id have enough time nope at 1.52 am they were sure to charge my cc 39.95 and wouldn't even consider giving me back a refund. Guess they needed my money more than me, I learned a lesson tho, don't get sick!
It's a scam they have you pay a dollar at first but in the finer details after a week they charge you 40 bucks. And then when you want to cancel they drag you through the mud and instead of having you just cancel from the site they make you call a number and waste your time when one click to cancel would suffice, then when you try and cancle they try to keep you by having you pay 1/4th the original new price they throw on you none of the information is up to date and according to this site I dont even exist.
Slightly useful scam. All information on this site you can find free if you know where to look. 38.99 a month but when you decide to cancel then you get an offer for close to 1/10th of the monthly cost.
