I have been using AppFolio for over many years between 2 companies / 5 buildings. I really appreciate the multiple avenues to get to the same tasks. The mass text/email options are great when trying to talk to multiple units. And I enjoy the ease to explain how to use AppFolio to some of my older tenants. My 2 recommendations are 1) that you might want to create a management app AND a maintenance app. What works for us office folks don't always work well for maintenance folks, who rely on their phone screen size vs the office personnel who have monitors to work with. & 2) You need to have the files attach via PDF as an option, as well.
