I went to staples cause an Amazon return at Michael’s sucked people didn’t want to help me there it was no different at staples Instead of getting my return scanned the ask you to sent the return email to the staples mailbox the you are provided with a code wich now you use to print a label in their printers So I did but the printer kept printing the link vs the actual picture I ask for assistance but the lady was very ignorant and didn’t want to help there was 3 people having the same issue A guy in front of me hat print it like 10 copies and still no label Well they charge you every time you print even if you didn’t get what you were trying to print He was very frustrated and walk out of there to go return it somewhere else So the other customer so did I It was the worse I seen for a business who prides on great customer service.
