I remember back in the days the crla workers were more helpful caring respectful and supportive staff and the attorneys will be more helpful n concern about any abuse or mistreatment of landlords they would gladly represent you until they would get justice for the tenants not to end up in the streets. But ever since they close the doors for the pandemic they came back more lazy don't give you the right information and don't care if you were throw out in the streets in the summer with 118 degrees. Yes through the phone they act like they really concern about your situation specially if you're a senior citizens getting abuse and they the attorney's know that it's illegal the way landlord is treating you it's inhumane totally crime they won't do nothing beside give you a whole bunch of promises they won't keep. Because they know there's nothing anybody can do to them. I wish there was a way to put a complaint..they need to take classes from the San Diego crla workers n lawyers have more companion for the low-income people specially if you're a senior citizens being mistreated unhumane and injustice.
If i could give this office no star i would. They have failed my family & i countless times. Didnt even help me get my deposit or anything back from ERA. Instead EVAN drops my case and says hes no longer helping me and my case will remain close. DONT BOTHER WITH THEM BC NO CASE IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM.
