My laptop legit totally died overnight….two weeks before tax day! Of course I didn't have anything backed up. Jose was great! He recovered the hard drive and put everything on my back up drive in just a couple of days. He missed some files the first time around that I had saved in a weird place and happily did the re-work to get them on my back up drive. Highly recommend! Hopefully I won't need to use them again but definitely will if necessary!
