Super helpful, extremely friendly and quite fast. I’m actually quite surprised. I took my Nintendo switch. OLED completely shattered with no remotes, broken, hinges broken back, they took it in, they couldn’t fix it right away so they sent it out and apparently I will be receiving a replacement pretty soon so this was on a transition of 2 to 3 days, I’m actually quite happy that I won’t have to come out of pocket to pay for an entire new one, just paid my deductible and that’s it.
