I have been a customer since day one of the business. I have always been able to assistance as needed. They were above and beyond this March 11, 2025 I am a tax preparer and on March 11, 2025 was notified by my tax software provider my software was breached. Devastating it is the worst situation that any company, or individual can experience. The person I bought my Bitdefender from ran a virus check and only found a couple small stuff said I was ready to go. That didn't settle well with me. I gave a quick call to vertical computers software support. They immediately ran multiple virus scans on all 3 of my computers. They took one computer at a time and cleansed them. As each one was complete they assisted in setting up multiple programs. I did not connect to my network until all computers were cleansed and new operating systems. Chris and the rest of his team are absolutely wonderful. I want to Thank everyone who works for Vertical IT… I am not giving this review for the 2 free hours. I am giving back the 2 hours.
