Also check reviews and BBB complaints from sellers. Wow 😲 another email from seller saying, you are mistaken we don't ship without operating system installed. Had a great experience here. Staff was very friendly and able to help me identify the issues that I needed to fix. Also helped me upgrade parts of pc and do a full maintenance. I would definitely recommend coming here.
Bought 2 laptops. 1 was fine but other had to be sent back from broken screen. Sent back and it took 2 months to receive new laptop. Now 1 laptop is asking for an administrative password and the tech guy is saying they didn't put on a password. The 2nd laptop was only used 1 time. When I got the battery light saying battery needs charging, I plugged it up with the charger that came with the laptop. It will not charge. I spoke with the tech guy and he tells me that that charger isn't the correct charger so I told him they sent the wrong charger and he said we didn't send the wrong charger. The only charger that was plugged up to this laptop came with the laptop. So I wasted money on 2 laptops from this company that can't be used. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. All you get from this company is junk
On my laptop and was on a sports website and thought that I got heavily infected with a virus. Was thinking the worst, and when I brought it in the technician looked through the laptop while I was there and it only needed to change the settings. Having someone honest is very important for a company. This was awesome. Thank you so much.
After having issues with a computer my son built and taking it another repair shop and it being there for a month we still had issues. I called ASN Depot and he was helpful over the phone . I took the computer in to ASN and the immediately saw a few issues . Left with them for 2 days. They were very helpful in explaining everything and fixed my sons computer . The machine is running proper now. I would recommend them for any computer repairs or builds.
