Customer Reviews

Charles came to my home and fixed what I thought was an impossible problem, and for a reasonable price. Several weeks later, I had trouble getting my email, and Alex was able to fix it remotely. He never made me feel stupid for having computer trouble, and the charges — each time — were very reasonable. I definitely recommend Sam Diego Computer Help for anyone looking for assistance with Apple and PC products.

Nile did a great job with his work. He showed up on time and configured our network in just minutes. He was respectful and informed me of everything he was doing to get our software to work correctly over the internet. I would highly recommend San Diego Computer Help for any business who needs IT services.

Ross was out to our house to help me with my Mac desktop, my iPad and my iPhone. He was so knowledgeable and efficient, friendly and helpful, and he was able to solve problems that have been frustrating me for months! He did a great job, and accomplished everything on my list in a very short time. I highly recommend Ross Zafar and would gladly call him and San Diego Computer Help again. Carol L.

I have needed help on several computer issues since I found san diego computer help and each time have had my issues taken care of promptly, courteously and expertly. Today Alex treated me adult to adult, I never felt as if he talked down to me, very professional. We will continue to use this company in the future.

Brought my computer in a couple of months back because of a bad power supply. Got a call said the power supply fixed but video card is now bad. No issues prior with the video card. Had to buy another video card and had them installed. Computer hasn't been the same since. Very slow now. Hadn't needed to use my DVD player/burner until this evening and now realizing that no longer works. The only reason they are getting two starts is because they were polite. Otherwise, I am very frustrated at what I got back. Never again.
