The past couple of months have been great! New mail carrier has been delivering all of my packages. Keep up the good work! Old review…Very poor service. They won't deliver any packages. Even a 6" box is reported to Amazon as attempted delivery. They never "attempt delivery". Postal in Bonita will walk a package to the second floor. Campo is just lazy.
Wow! What a horrible post office! Ive gotten a man's mail that lives three streets down a couple time. Constantly getting other neighbors mail in my mail box! My mail is constantly getting lost! They get paid to drop off packages but most of the time I have to go into the office to get my packages! The customer service has not been the best. And the woman with blonde hair that sometimes works the front office is EXTREMELY rude! She needs to be fired! I was the only customer and she made me wait over 20 minutes before helping. They say they can't drive up my drive way but it's not that hard. Other deliver companies do it in much bigger vehicles. If they really can't drive up my driveway, they could walk up the driveway. It's their job to deceiver packages! There's been a few times that they have lost packages. Packages have been in horrible conditions. I've seen a driver just toss someone packages at their mail box. The list goes on and on!
They always do a stellar job. Friendly, kind, and hard working, These people hoof it hard during those special holidays like christmas and never complain. Unsung heroes imo. Same with UPS and Fed-ex guys that deliver in my area. Sometimes mistakes happen on occassion but we are all only human and try to make sure it gets to the right address.
UPDATE: I had previous issues in the past, but for a good amount of time now, they have given me NO REASON to complain…gotta give credit also when it is due…
