I managed to burn out the printed circuit board on eight 8TB drives that are part of a RAID Array. My hard drive recently failed on my laptop and I needed a new drive installed. Ordinarily I would go to the Geek Squad, but after having an unsatisfactory experience on my last visit, I decided to try a local independent business. A friend referred me to Drive Rescue. If I could give more stars I would. I called and spoke with Scott Hammond and agreed to have him look at my laptop. I told Scott I would be bringing it in for repair in a few days as I had just had surgery and was unable to drive for a few days. Scott offered to come to my home and pick up the device at no additional charge. He installed the new hard drive that same day and on his way home from work he delivered it back to my home! My laptop performs better now than when it was brand new. Much faster than before! I couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to Drive Rescue.
Anytime we have any kind of computer issues we give drive rescue a call and Scott the owner is here in under an hour at the very latest (usually its 10-20min). I should also mention they backup our system and make sure our data is secure on a daily basis. We are always pleased with his work and we highly recommend Drive Rescue.
