We've been working with 805 IT Guys for a couple of years now and they've been responsive and great with minor issues that have come up from time to time. We've been fortunate to not have any major issues, until yesterday, when our internet equipment (provided by Frontier) failed abruptly. Their team jumped on this and worked tirelessly to get our service restored and our VPN settings back in sync, long before Frontier could be bothered to help us. With an IT company, this type of response when you've got 15 people dead in the water is critical to maintaining business operations, and we were very fortunate to have them at the ready in our time of need.

I've had 805 IT Guys with several companies. They are always professional, able to solve any problems that arise and very easy to reach out to for questions and assistance. Highly recommend them for all your IT needs!

I have worked with many IT companies and 805 IT is by far the best. They are responsive and easy to work with.

DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO PUT YOU ON CLOUD STORAGE- WHEN YOU TRANSITION FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND LEAVE YOU UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR FILES AND IMPEDE YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS OPERATION. Absolute worst. We were customers with them for approximately 2 years. Non stop problems. They would come out to "fix" and convinced to upgrade, which would then be followed by months of problems and according billing. As a small business we were then dropped because we were "too small a company". Yes. That is what they told us. Upon transition, Egnyte (the cloud file server)- that they convinced us we needed, is not at all accessible. MEANING- WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO ANY FILES WHICH HAULTS ENTIRELY ALL OUR WORK. Spoke to Egnyte and after walking us through and us still not being able to access, they advised us to contact our prior point of contact- Jesse Williams. When we contacted him and explained our situation, his response was, “you’re no longer our client”- basically that he is washing his hands clean of us- leaving us high and dry completely unable to operate our business due to lack of access. When we pleaded with him for help, he said “well this is going to billable”- yet another attempt at robbing us instead of helping us transition as should be the standard when releasing a client. You have been forewarned. Time and finance sensitive duties are now on hold and will negatively impact our clients- thanks 805 IT guys for yet again screwing us for the final time.
