Almost at once, we needed to back up the old server and create a whole new system with a new server. We needed it done in a few days and Ari and Promising Solutions did the job. Over the years, whenever a crisis arose, Ari was there to put out the fire. He was seemingly available at all hours to meet our needs. He replaced old servers with new ones, supervised new cable installations and was always available to answer questions. The last few years, the office switched to Microsoft Office 365 which required subscriptions to Microsoft, virus programs and constant monitoring. Promising Solutions was there to offer a reasonable monthly service program to care for that and other IT related issues. In summary, there are a lot of IT choices out there.
