Boy, this company is severely mismanaged. I am not even a customer, and am literally trying to give them my money and they are making it impossible. I will just go somewhere else. I bought a house and am trying to take over the pervious owners internet. I have no obligation to do so, but didn't mind if it would save her a cancelation fee. Then they would have my business. I have called 6 times and received 6 different answers. That they cant do it, that I need to complete a transfer form, its the wrong department, i will get a call back or for me to call a specific number which is again another wrong department. I did fill out the transfer form and emailed it to them after finding the valid email. The one listed on the concent form is no longer valid. Every person I spoke to was misinformed, rude, short and annoyed.

Zito got me hooked up with fiber optic internet and it is amazing. I had AT&T "high speed" DSL which moved at a glacial pace & finally not at all. The Zito tech was great and I am enjoying the Internet (and Prime/Netflix) the way it is supposed to be. Thank you Zito!!!

I was happy with the installation. Zito responded quickly to my request for internet. Oscar did a great job with the installation & he explained the service in a thoughtful and understandable manner.

Roberto did a great job for the installation. Service is ok, not great. My laptop is constantly warning me that my Internet connection is not secure and either the router needs to be upgraded in it security or replaced with a more secure router.

If I could’ve left zero stars I would have. Their Internet is horrible and their customer service is even worse. It took us two phone calls and five people to cancel our service. They kept trying to send us to the retention department, retention would be the opposite of cancellation. we were so frustrated having to repeat our information over and over and over again. Actually, Brittany in the retention department was extremely rude and kept telling us not to be rude to her or frustrated. Can you believe that? While we were trying to cancel, they wanted to know where we were moving to and why we weren’t transferring the service to the new address. It is none of their business! Run don’t walk away from this hideous company.
