Customer Reviews

Nothing but good people their. All very helpful and positive energy. Mr Modesto and Judith are a blessing to have there to help me when needed.

Racist as hell, watched them straight up decline a young black man his ebt card after stating to him that he applied 3 months ago but since a c3 hasn’t checked it only a C1 has he can’t receive his benefits. Y’all have had 3 months to help him, I walked in and have gotten all my benefits in one day as a white woman. This isn’t okay. Because you are slacking and not doing your job correctly this guy hasn’t had help for 3 months, he’s continuously came in (as he stated) and yall just don’t care cuz he’s a young black man.

I was astounded at the friendly service I received. I have been in a difficult situation and was treated with patience and understanding. Super helpful and amazing service providers. Thorough and prompt ♥️ clean bathrooms and clean building.

With my Experience,3days ago I asked 1of the Receptionist for a renewal packet for my medical,an She laughed an Whispered in front of me to another Receptionist oh she's been yellow flaged, when I asked her what it meant, she said Don't worry about it!! I felt be littled an Discriminated.Im in that office for a good Reason,I'm a good Mother and Person an Don't deserve to Be Treated that way!

I was the only person in the building and i was still forced to take a number and listen to the lazy front desk workers chitchat about family and church for 15 minutes until my number popped up. Dont even think about calling because you will be put on hold for 25 mins, or if you finally speak to someone and they trandfer you to your case worker your case worker WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK OR ANDWER THERE DESK PHONE EVER! you can call multiple times a day a week or a month and they WILL NOT GET BACK TO YOU. Veronica floers is a case worker who will not respond or answer her phone or see you in person nor will she explain your case to you. I am currently on hold and still waiting its been another 45 mins even though i just got off the phone with the front desk, they transfered me twice to two lazy caseworkers who do NOT do there jobs. I am speaking from experience from going inside and calling incase i couldnt make it down there. All county workers are lazy and complainers ANYWHERE but here on a very small town they dont answer their calls because they are more focused on what their coworkers did over yhe weekend or what they will be doing. Just a tacky little office. If i was important enough each worker their would be fired.
