JT connected my MacBook Air with an Epson printer. He installed anti-malware on my MacBook. There were some challenges, but he never gave up. I am very grateful to have him on the mountain. I would highly recommend his services.
JT was quick to respond to our inquiries and very accommodating with a phone screen failure due to an accidental drop. His pricing was more than fair and he had it completed in less than two hours. His work is warrantied and done to factory standards, which was not the case with the phone previously, and very likely the reason the screen failure occurred. We are very happy with his service.

By nightfall, my computer was in great shape, thanks to his doing a thorough, much needed cleaning! 🧼 He was very helpful in showing me what things I need to know to keep my computer in top shape–something I really had not done! People in Big Bear are lucky to have such an efficient and kind computer specialist
