Customer Reviews

I paid my bills but the operator said it was mispayment & goes to a different account. It’s been 5 days now that we don’t have internet connections. I keep calling but they keep transferring me to a different department. I tried going to the frontier location in bellflower but it looks like an abandoned building & nobody’s inside. It’s not an office but looks like a warehouse to me. A horrible customer service. I should stayed with spectrum.

Frontier is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my life, I had Spectrum for 25 years but switch to Frontier for Fiber, but what’s the point if there internet won’t work. For some reason, I had two accounts with Frontier for some reason, they cut my internet because I wasn’t paying for the other account. They cut both my internet and phone like I’m a delinquent just because I wasn’t the same thing twice. When I call for help, either they’re close or keeps transferring to another person every 5 minutes because it’s not there job, than whose job is it? Sometimes, they just say, sorry we cannot help since it’s not our department and hangs up without transferring or help where to go. Took me 4 days to go the right department, said they have everything fixed in 2 hours. Never did. Still no internet and is charging me for another month already when I been out of internet for a long time now. They’re the delinquent one. I’m heading back to Spectrum, should’ve stayed there.

There cannot be a company worse in existence than Frontier. ALL of their staff work remotely, and no one works on Fridays there. Was on phone with a Frontier staff, and could clearly hear that he was at a park and would put us in a hold for almost 2 hours. Requested a simple TURN ON service, and they said it takes 24 HOURS because they need authorization by A PERSON. It could be the case since we requested it on a Friday, and they don't seem to simply work on Fridays, since all of them work remotely. Everything in their system is ancient, inefficient and frankly just lazy. Also their chat bot is useless (screenshot)

I had frontier for about 2 years before canceling service. At first they were great I had no problems and the cost was very affordable. Then about a year down the line I would have service issues every single month. Each month a tech would come out to replace wires which I found to be ridiculous considering the previous month the wires were supposed to be replaced. After threatening to cancel service they sent me a devise that was supposed to strengthen the wifi. Not really sure why they sent that when the strength of the wifi was not the problem. The problem is the Internet would not connect at all. I finally quit trying to work with them and canceled. I returned my equipment using a QR code sent to me for UPS. I took the items to UPS and returned them Then the next month I was sent a bill for the equipment. I immediately called, provided the confirmation numbers for my return. I was told this would be corrected and I would have a refund sent to me in 10 days as they owed me for a credit on account. It is not almost a month later and nothing has been done. Im currently talking to someone who says no notes are on the account. Moral of the story, if you have the option of another internet provider use them.

Spotty internet service. Customer services is terrible. They'll charge you a full month of internet before service is cut off and a restocking fee for equipment. Do not recommend.
