Bryan was instrumental in helping us overcome several obstacles and limitations of SuiteDash with creative solutions that were functional and cost-effective to implement. Brian was easily able to dive deep into technical areas to help identify issues at the code level that the company representatives could find; he was then able to easily explain it to us in terms we could understand instead of throwing a bunch of technical jargon at us, providing high-quality engagement with multiple levels of instructions and resources. What truly sets Bryan apart is his personable approach. He takes the time to understand your specific needs and objectives and provides explanations that resonate with you. Moreover, Bryan doesn't just stop at explanations; he follows up to ensure your understanding and provides additional support as needed, often going above and beyond the agreed contract to ensure we are happy with the result.
